Pricing

Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to make inventory and pricing adjustments as deemed necessary.

Payment

Terms 2% - 10th Prox./Net 30 Days. Late payments are subject to late payment fees.

Freight

$2,500 for all orders that do not contain panel radiators and/or towel warmers. $4,000 for all orders that include panel radiators and/or towel warmers.

This web site contains product information of our more popularly stocked items. To receive a list of our full product line, please contact us.

Items Not Stocked

Non-stocked Taco items and Taco commercial pumps will be shipped directly from our distribution center in Lenexa, KS. Freight costs will apply. Non-stocked panel radiators, heat exchangers and towel warmers will ship direct from manufacturer. Freight costs for those items will also apply.

Returns / Restocking Fees

Restocking Fees: 25% (Stocked Items)

Non-Stocked Product(s) Custom Orders: (Non-returnable)

Requests to return new, unused, stocked product(s) must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the original purchase date. Product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging and in resalable condition. No credits will be issued until inspection is completed. Product(s) returned without original packaging or in damaged packaging (which includes non-related labels, shipping labels, handwriting on boxes, etc) will NOT be accepted back. Seal kits or cartridge assemblies will NOT BE accepted if opened.

Taco® Limited Warranty Terms

Taco offers a limited warranty on most products. All products are shipped to factory for inspection. Warranty determination is authorized by Taco, not Mondale & Associates, Inc.   

The warranty time period varies by product and the date code on each product is the major determinant for eligibility. Any Taco product or part not installed or operated in conformity with Taco instructions or which has been subject to misuse, misapplication, the addition of petroleum-based fluids or other specific chemical additives to the systems or other abuse, will not be covered by this warranty. Shipping costs to return a product for warranty inspection are not reimbursed by Taco or Mondale & Associates, Inc.
